The Little Bears Company offers a range of services curated by a highly experienced midwife for pregnant and new parents in Rugby and Kettering. Our founders, Cheryl and Alex, who are a mother and daughter partnership, have the passion and drive to support you during your pre and postnatal experiences. We believe in providing you with high quality, research based sessions which are delivered in an engaging and practical way. We have services to carry you from pregnancy right through to postpartum.

Cheryl Thomas
Mum of 4, Cheryl is a qualified midwife of 22 years who has gained a wealth of experience working across 6 diverse hospitals. As well as working within the NHS, Cheryl was a senior lecturer in Midwifery at The University of Northampton training the next generation of midwives. Alongside running 'The Little Bears Company', Cheryl conducts coaching workshops for midwives and nurses within the NHS.
