Service Description
Baby massage, rhymes and an introduction to baby yoga. A calming and enjoyable baby class to give you the skills to soothe, play and bond with your baby at home. Over the course of our hour long weekly classes, you will learn how to perform a full body massage on your baby. Massage promotes oxytocin release for both parent and baby along with helping to promote sleep, relieve symptoms of colic and reflux, stimulate circulation and enhance parent-baby bonding. Please bring a blanket for your baby with you :) Want secure you space with a deposit?
